Cancellation Policy
At Sanya Batra, every piece is thoughtfully crafted in-house and made to order exclusively for you. As each garment is specially created upon confirmation, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
In case of any fit or sizing concerns:
- If the issue arises from our end, based on the measurements provided by you, we will happily offer a complimentary alteration.
- If the garment has been made correctly as per the measurements shared by the client, we will still provide one complimentary alteration as a goodwill gesture.
Any further alterations thereafter will be chargeable. Please note that customers are responsible for two-way shipping charges for alterations.
